Kopi Luwak, also known as Coffee Luwak or Civet Coffee, is one of the most famous and unique coffees in the world. It is made from coffee beans that have been naturally processed by a small animal called the Asian palm civet (luwak). Bali is famous for its coffee plantations where visitors can learn about the traditional coffee-making process and taste different Balinese coffees and teas.
