BARONG & TRANCE KERIS PERFORMANCE

The Barong and Keris Dance is one of Bali’s most famous traditional cultural performances, usually performed in the village of Batubulan, Gianyar Regency. The dance tells the classic Balinese Hindu story of the battle between good and evil, represented by Barong (the protector spirit) and Rangda (the evil witch queen). The performance combines dance, drama, traditional music, mythology, and spiritual elements.
