Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary is one of the most famous attractions in Ubud. Also known as the Ubud Monkey Forest, this sacred nature reserve combines tropical jungle, ancient Balinese temples, and hundreds of free-roaming monkeys in one beautiful setting.
The sanctuary covers about 12 hectares of forest and is home to more than 1,000 Balinese long-tailed macaques.
